Questions guests ask
Is there an expiry date on my credits?
Not on pack credits: they wait in your account. Credits from a yearly plan land on day one and can be spent for 370 days.
What happens to my credits if a render fails?
They are put back on your balance automatically; there is no form to fill in.
Can I stop a monthly or yearly plan?
Yes, from Settings at any time. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a way to try before buying?
One free 2-second preview per Google account, watermarked and viewable on the site only. When the daily limit is reached, previews return the next day. A full clip needs credits.
