Make one clip per friend and edit them together. The party scene has one lead, so a tool that recasts it, this one included, puts one person in Drake's place per render. Ask each friend for a solo photo and their OK, render a clip each, then cut them back to back or as a split screen in CapCut. Every clip follows the same 15 seconds, so the moves line up. If you want everyone in the same frame, act it out together on camera.

One photo is enough. Watch a free preview of yourself at the table before you pay anything.

Four ways to do it
| Way | What you need | Result | Effort |
|---|---|---|---|
| One clip each, cut together | A solo photo of each friend | Each friend takes the lead in turn | Low |
| Split screen | Two to four clips | Everyone does the moves side by side, in sync | Low |
| TikTok AI Cast, where available | Friends who set up an AI self and let you use it | New AI videos with them in it, from a written idea | Medium |
| Act it out together | A room, a phone and some cups | Your real group doing the real moves | High, and the most fun |
Why one group photo does not work
A recast model has to know who the lead is. Given a group photo, it can pick the wrong face, copy the pose in the photo or let a guest from the reference clip take over.
In a test with the same video model on 17 October 2026, run outside this site, a photo of one man with his arms around two teammates made the clip copy the hug, and from about 2.5 seconds a guest from the reference became the lead. We added an instruction that day so the other people in your photo are ignored, but a solo photo is still the safer input.
Step by step: a split-screen friends edit
- 1
Get a solo photo and a clear yes from each friend. Adults only.
- 2
Render one clip per friend. Each is 15 seconds with the same moves to the second.
- 3
In CapCut, add the first clip, then the others as overlays, and resize each to half or a quarter of the frame.
- 4
Line them all up at 0:00. The hand to the lens and the cup wave will land together.
- 5
Mute all but one clip, or use the silent copies and pick the song from the app's library.
- 6
Post with the AI label switched on, and tag the friends who agreed.
How others got the whole crew in
Group versions in your feed were mostly made with video-to-video tools and extra editing, or simply filmed: one group acted the trend out in real life, cups and all.
TikTok's AI Cast works differently. People record an "AI self", choose whether friends or everyone can use it, and get a notice whenever someone does, according to WFLA. It makes new videos from a written idea rather than copying this scene, and it is not available everywhere.
Consent and cost
- Only adults who agreed. This site asks you to confirm consent before every render and blocks public figures and minors.
- If a friend asks you to take a clip down, take it down.
- Each clip is 10 credits at 480p, so three friends cost 30 credits. Each friend can also try a free 2-second preview with their own Google account.

Questions guests ask
How can I make AI videos of my friends?
With their permission: upload a solo photo of each friend, render one clip each, then edit the clips together.
Can I put my whole group in one Burning Bridges clip?
Not in one render here. One photo replaces the host and the other guests stay. Use a split screen, or film it together.
Are you allowed to make AI videos of people?
Of yourself, and of adults who agreed. Platforms ask for an AI label and can remove realistic fakes of people who did not agree.
Do the clips line up in a split screen?
Yes. Every clip follows the same 15 seconds of the scene, so the moves match.
